After saving your file,
Select the FILE tab>Export
Export to your Layout folder
Save as Type: Adobe PDF (PRINT)
MAKE SURE TO EXPORT AS A SPREAD!!! (see below)
For the Preset:
PDF/X-1a:2001
All Pages
Click SPREADS
Click EXPORT
Where to Put it after exporting!

Click the FILES tab on top
Click the specific (whichever layout you are on) PDF folder to open it!
Open your Yearbook Folder
Drag Your Layout PDF file into the folder!
