WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: Adobe Creative Cloud Express
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Adobe Creative Cloud Express is a cloud-based media creation application that makes it easy for anyone to create impressive social media graphics, promotional videos, and single-page websites. One of its great features is that it can be accessed from any device with online access.
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will practice different tools and techniques and gradually show your success!

RIGHT click the image on the left
Select SAVE IMAGE AS

Select DESKTOP>YEARBOOK folder
Select SAVE (this should be a .PNG file)

A new file will open!

On the TOP left...click Untitled
Name your file: First name Last name SHIRT
Start with an Overview!

On the left you'll find a toolbar with assets, like text, to add to your graphic. At the top you'll find a header with options to change the editor. When you click an asset in the editor, a panel will appear showing options for that asset!
Edit the TEXT!

Double click each text box to select the text and edit it.
Use the text panel to change the font, color fill, layout and more.
Tip: What graduating class are you? 2025? 2026? 2027?

Change the image: Click the tiger graphic. Click the elements button in the toolbar upload the BENGAL we downloaded!
Upload the PNG of the HOOVER LOGO we just downloaded to your Express folder on your desktop!
Select the Image and Click OPEN!
Resize if needed! (pull on the corner handles!)

Resize (if needed) the image by clicking and dragging the handles (circles) at the corners to resize! The BARS on the edges will CROP the image (if needed).

To change the image...Click the image of the shirt.
In the Image panel that appears on the left side, click the replace icon and select PHOTOS.
Search "sweatshirt" or "t-shirt" and select one you like!

Don't forget to REMOVE BACKGROUND it the image isn't cut out!

Click the Media Button in the Toolbar
Click VIDEOS in the Media Panel and type in a search item...like SCHOOL
Select a video for your background.
Click Fill video in the Media Panel!
Video Layer is on top:

On the right are a series of stacked images representing what is in your project.
Just like in Photoshop and Illustrator layers can be moved!
Layers on top are in front and layers below are on bottom like a hamburger!
Drag the video layer to the bottom of the layer stack!
To MOVE the text, click and pull on the 4 arrow cross (+) at the bottom!
Add your name...

On the left click the TEXT icon
Select the text and type your First Name
Move your name to the BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER
In the text panel adjust the font, style and color!
Your image MUST have your name on the bottom right corner!

The file must INCLUDE YOUR NAME IN THE IMAGE
Click DOWNLOAD on the top RIGHT
Select MP4 (pulldown menu)
CLICK DOWNLOAD
It should SAVE to your YEARBOOK FOLDER (on your DESKTOP)!

Select Assignments
Select
Adobe Express: T-Shirt Design!
Scroll down to MY WORK
Click +ATTACH
Click UPLOAD FROM THIS DEVICE
Select DESKTOP (on the left) then the YEARBOOK Folder
Find the exported file and select it (it should be called First Name Last Name SHIRT.mp4)
Click OPEN
Wait for file to upload
File will show up below under My Work
CLICK TURN IN!
NOTE: There MUST be a file attached to get credit. Simply clicking TURN IN will not do!!!
