WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: Yearbook Advertising!
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: Advertisements are a guaranteed method of reaching an audience. By creating an engaging ad, and spending enough to reach your target users, advertisements can have an immediate impact on business or in our case a Yearbook. This effect could be seen in improved trade or boosted brand recognition, among many different metrics.
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You will create a series of advertisements for our yearbook for Print, social media and TMH!
We need to tell EVERYONE
when and where they can pick up their yearbooks!

Click the blue circle with + to create a new project...

This will create a page for a flyer!

Please note: Make sure to use YOUR first name and YOUR last name!

Then click the LOGOS tab in the dialog box!
Select the Primary Logo (should be the HOOVER LOGO)

Click the X to the top right of Logos to close the folder!

at LUNCH and AFTER SCHOOL from 3:15-4:00 PM in Room 70
Students may NOT pick up yearbooks during class time!
Students MUST have ID or 5 Star app open with ID (Purchase must be verified before receiving Yearbook
Students are responsible for looking over their yearbooks
BEFORE leaving!
Students are responsible for their yearbooks after pick up.
Yearbooks WILL NOT be replaced or refunded
(ie. theft, lost books, negligence etc)

Make sure all 3 of your advertisements include the distribution DETAILS and are named correctly!
Go to our Classroom in TEAMS
Select Assignments
Select
Yearbook: DISTRIBUTION Ads!
Scroll down to MY WORK
Click +ATTACH
Click UPLOAD FROM THIS DEVICE
Select DESKTOP (on the left) then the YEARBOOK Folder
Find the downloaded JPG files and select them:
First Name Last Name YB DistFlyer.jpg
First Name Last Name YB DistPOST.jpg
First Name Last Name YB DistSTORY.jpg
Click OPEN
Wait for file to upload
File will show up below under My Work
CLICK TURN IN!
NOTE: There MUST be 3 completed JPG files (named correctly) attached to get credit. Simply clicking TURN IN will not do!!!
75 Points possible! (25 points per COMPLETED file)
Must include details/information (Date, Place, etc) above!
