WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: A well-organized yearbook foundation is key in building a yearbook. Planning from the beginning will help us work as a team and most importantly be successful!
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: Today we will begin building our spreads and giving each other feedback along the way!
Let's CHECK a setting! (again)

Go to Period 6
Click the FILES tab
Click PHOTOS (it should open)
On the top tab,
Click the ellipsis (...)
Select Open in Sharepoint
OPEN the Folder of the EVENT/SPORT you are assigned to work on!
Find the FAVORITES FOLDER
(it should be a GREEN FOLDER! DON'T click it!!!)
Click the elipses (...) the FAVORITES FOLDER
Select DOWNLOAD
OPEN YOUR YEARBOOK FOLDER!

Double click to open the folder on your desktop.
If you do NOT have a YEARBOOK folder, MAKE ONE (right click...New Folder)
Go to your YEARBOOK folder!

RIGHT click and make a new folder

Name it LAYOUT 1
Find the Downloaded Zip folder...

Left click and drag it into the LAYOUT 1 Folder

PHOTOS for TITLES
We need to set aside some photos
Go to your LAYOUT 1 folder!

Right click the Word Images folder
Select OPEN IN NEW WINDOW

Based on how many letters are in the word for your spread, drag enough images to fill the word!

For other events, we need to decide on the word!
We are separating THESE images so we don't use them twice on the spread!
